Laboratory Jaw Crusher Operating Principle :
For this crusher, crushing way is squeeze-press type, motor drive belt and belt pulley, through eccentric shaft to make movable jaw move up and down. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between toggle plate and movable jaw plate will become large, so that moving the movable jaw plate closed to the fixed jaw plate, meanwhile the material is pressed, rubbed, grinded for many times. When the movable jaw plate down, the angle between toggle plate and the movable jaw plate will become small, with the effect of spring, the movable jaw plate will leave fixed jaw plate, at this time, the crushed material has be discharged out from the crushing chamber. With the motor continuous rotation, the movable jaw plate will make a periodic crushing and discharging to realize continuous crushing.
